Founded in 1886, the YMCA of Greater Houston has always been a place where all people can find hope, fellowship and healing.
What We Do
Today, the YMCA is transforming to better address the issue of social inequality and profound lack of resources and opportunity for many. The Y is about improving us...all of us. Strengthening community is our cause. Through programs and services at our 24 centers, numerous program sites and even virtually, the Y is helping to build a better us.
