Elevate Mind & Style, founded in July 2025, is a women-centered nonprofit (EIN: 39-4148771) dedicated to improving mental health outcomes through the healing power of community, creativity, and confidence. Through our flagship program, the Elevate Mental Wellness & Empowerment Initiative, we create spaces for women to heal, grow and shine — with a particular focus on women of color, who too often face the greatest barriers to culturally responsive mental wellness resources and supportive community. Many women move through major life transitions that shape their mental well-being: career changes, caregiving, loss, entrepreneurship, and relocation. For women in the diaspora, building a new life in an unfamiliar country adds another layer: rebuilding careers, creating new support systems, and rediscovering identity and confidence. Relocation is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, yet many women move through it without the community they need to thrive. Cultural stigma, financial barriers, limited representation among providers, and a lack of spaces that reflect real lived experience keep too many women from seeking the support they deserve. Elevate Mind & Style exists to close that gap by offering a welcoming community where women can prioritize their mental wellness, strengthen resilience, and build meaningful connections rooted in authentic self-expression. We believe every woman deserves a community that helps her heal, grow, and shine exactly as she is!
