Houston Dance Consortium

We are a 501c3 Non-Profit dance organization serving the Houston Community focusing on Pre-Professional to Professional level dancers and teachers; ages 18+, Recent college grads/former dancers. Our Mission is to provide a consortium of dancers/teachers/studios in Houston who will help each other, have a space to collaborate and improve their skills, and conduct outreach projects to youth who cannot afford dance classes.

We utilize our members and other volunteers as much as possible to create opportunities for dance in the Houston area. We believe that the gap between education and careers in dance can be closed with a network of support such as we offer. We also believe that dance is such a vital component of a healthy and happy life, and should be accessible to everyone. So, we utilize our members and volunteers to provide low-cost and no-cost classes dance opportunities for low-income families.
