We are a 501c3 nonprofit group entirely volunteer driven to assist the pet overpopulation problem in Houston.
What We Do
HOPE helps homeless pets in the Houston area by providing foster homes and adoption events. They also help the community by providing vouchers for spaying/neutering community cats.
