Mission The mission of Houston Recovery Center is to provide compassionate care to underserved individuals affected by substance use through early intervention and community care coordination to help them achieve lifelong recovery. We run Houston's only sobering center - a CARF-accredited facility where people in crisis get compassionate care instead of a jail cell. We also connect people to recovery programs that change lives. We're a lean operation, and volunteers are how we stretch every dollar further. Your time directly helps us do more for people who need it most.
