Providence Assisted Living Foundation, Inc. was established to address the growing need for affordable, high-quality, home-like care for older adults. The organization is developing a comprehensive model that includes residential assisted living homes, workforce training, and wellness programming, with plans to launch in the Katy/Houston area. Our mission is to expand access to dignified, high-quality residential assisted living through small, home-like environments rooted in safety, compassion, and community. Our Vision is A future where seniors flourish in safe, beautiful, purpose-filled environments and where communities invest bo ldly in dignity-centered aging.

Providence Assisted Living Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization focused on providing dignified, home-like residential care for seniors while strengthening the future of caregiving through workforce development and community-based wellness programs. Through PAL Homes, Providence Learning Institute, and the Providence Green Living Initiative, we create a supportive ecosystem that enhances quality of life for residents and builds stronger communities.
