Easter Seals Greater Houston

Founded in 1946, Easter Seals Greater Houston is the only area agency which serves people of all ages, with any type of disability and their family members.  With a staff of 240+, Easter Seals Greater Houston provides programs and services to babies, children and adults with all types of disabilities, veterans/military and their families from a number of outreach locations, offering multiple life changing programs. Our mission is to provide exceptional  programming so that people with disabilities can live, learn, work and play in our community.  We strive to ensure that all funds donated, and volunteer time is stewarded to the best of our ability. To that end, with the support of an amazing volunteer pool .92 of every dollar goes directly to programming in the greater Houston area.

Easter Seals Greater Houston provides - Infant Development/ECI, Respite Services, Toy/Tech and Play Groups, BridgingApps Technology, Children's Therapy, Assistive Technology Lab, Camps & Case Management, High School/High Tech, Caroline School, Transition & Supported Employment, Housing & Financial Coaching, Military & Veterans Services and Adult Recreation. Easter Seals serves more than 12,000 families each year and is the only local agency serving people of ALL ages with ALL types of disabilities regardless of their ability to pay. Over 65% of our clients served are below the poverty line simply due to medical bills and care-giving issues.
