Connect Fort Bend

Connect Fort Bend (CFB) focus is to ensure youth develop skills and abilities and have supports to contribute positively to society and become healthy adults. To ensure youth have the supports they need, CFB provides opportunities and connects individuals and families to a wide range of community-based services regardless age, gender, ethnicity, social economic status, residency, religion/faith etc.
