What We Do
Brazosport Cares Food Pantry continues to lead the fight against hunger in the Brazosport community through multiple impact programs: Better Choices Pantry, Healthy Options Program for the Elderly- HOPE, PowerPacks, Food for Change, Free Farmers Markets and Resource Fairs, Client Assistance and Education Classes.
