-Volunteer Check-in and hospitality – Shift 2

                Time: 8:00-11:00 AM

                Location: At race site

                Duties: This team will set-up the volunteer booth and then make sure that all volunteers check-in, distribute a volunteer information sheet, provide any placement information and issue a volunteer vest.  Make necessary assignments to cover open placements where necessary.  They will also maintain the volunteer hospitality table (coffee and snacks).  They will break down the volunteer booth at the end of the shift.  Stacking chairs and tables.  Organizing materials for return to the race coordinators.
